Notifications - Growth Method Docs

We’re not here to help you create projects, assign tasks, or build Gantt charts. Our aim is to help you spend less time managing work — and more time driving results. That’s why we keep you and your team informed without needing to constantly log in to the app.

How it works

You will always be notified by email for key events, there is no need to continually log in to Growth Method. Contextually appropriate summaries are generated based on the current stage of the campaign, written in the appropriate tense and detail level.

Real-time notifications

Email notifications are sent for the following actions. Note: There is a 30-second delay to allow the AI summary to generate and save before sending the email notification.

Campaign Completed	Email sent when a campaign is moved to the complete stage	On $experiment.completed events
New Subscriber	Email sent when a new subscriber is added to the team	On $subscriber.new events
New Comment	Email sent when a new comment is added to a campaign	On $idea.comment events

Scheduled reports

Email notifications are sent for the following actions every week.

Individual Report	The individual report is sent weekly	On weekly $report.individual event

Additional details

A modal confirmation will always display prior to a user action triggering an email notification.
All email notifications are sent via Bento (https://bentonow.com/), our email sending platform, and use the Laravel SDK
Email jobs are sent to a background queue that allows time for any AI summarisation to complete before being processed
